Getting Started
Our goal is to provide you with the best training and support possible. With this site you will learn to successfully setup, manage, and support your Stars Suite™ institution.
Make sure to have your IT team check out the minimal System Requirements. Working with Stars Suite requires very little set up, but it’s always good to have your IT team double check your firewall and make sure your system meets the minimum requirements.
The video lessons are organized according to the administrative or teacher roles at the Stars Suite™ institution. The videos guide you through the program in a step-by-step manner, starting from the initial login page. The lessons are very brief; the longest being less than three minutes. New users are encouraged to view each video lesson in the order presented. Returning users can select the specific topic they would like to review. Simply go to the Training page to see the training modules and begin.
Once you’ve completed the training videos, we suggest that you review the Tips for Implementation. This will help guide you in both the organizational elements of the program and the policy decisions that should be made while setting up your system.
